Pulverize and porphyrize all the ingredients together, and
Mix all well for use.
put in Fine Lake, 3 iij.
LouselanoVs Dentifrice Powder.

Take Red Bark, selected and pulverized, 3ij.
Red Saunders wood, do. - 3i.
Volatile Oil of Cloves, - - xii drops,
do. do. Bergamotte, - viij drops.
Properly mix together.

It cleans the teeth well, constringes the gums, and gives a
pleasant smell to the breath.

Take Red earth, prepared - - 3 vi
Cloves, .... - xx iv grains
Cream of Tartar,

This powder is used for lightly rubbing the teeth by means
of a brush, which ought to be neither too hard nor too soft.
