I. Preparing Cavities in the Bone Handle.—This handle
may be obtained from the Wenker Dental Mfg. Co., or the
S. S. White Dental Mfg. Co. (Figs. 173, 174).

4 on the flat end, being similar in shape to the step form in
molars.
