must first be left undisturbed for at least 10 (preferably
15)
minutes under cocoa butter.
Dress down the filling with abrasives carrying an abun-
dance of cocoa butter. Do not grind steadily. Frictional

heat must be avoided. Apply the disk or stone with a light
touch and lift. For proximal fillings, where the lingual
surfaces are inaccessible to disks and strips, it is permissible
to use fine grit, clean carborundum stones carrying cocoa
butter. Follow with fine sandpaper disks and strips, and

finish with Caulk Dental Polish and Caulk Hard Felt Wheels.
Before removing the rubber dam, wipe off the cocoa butter
thoroughly with dry cotton and immediately coat the filling
with Caulk Cavity Lining or Caulk Synthetic Varnish.
