An excellent example of that form of erosion in which a wedge-shaped piece is removed. In this case
the thin edge of the wedge is toward the gingival margin. Only the lower teeth are eroded. Patient,
a woman about forty years of age.

well rounded instead of a sharp angle. This form is frequent in the bicuspids and first molars.
Patient, a man thirty-five years of age. No other erosion had occurred in the mouth.
