buccal surface. The teeth to be included are those frcpm the central incisor to the first molar. Notice
the position, out of line, of the hole desired for the first bicuspid and its distance from the next
holes. This position is necessary to prevent pulling the rubber away from the cuspid and second
bicuspid in stretching it to the gingival. With this the Hatch clamp is used.
